1. Grant of License
Canon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for operating the Canon MF632C scan tool. You may not distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software. Furthermore, you may not remove or alter any copyright notices included within the software. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the software; all intellectual property rights remain with Canon.
2. Ownership and Copyright

4. Support and Updates

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Canon MF632C scan tool software is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Canon disclaims all liability for any defects, errors, or malfunctions in the software. You assume all risks associated with the use of the software.
Canon, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, and dealers are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the software.
6. Term and Termination
This agreement is effective upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You may terminate the agreement by deleting the software. The agreement will also terminate if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must promptly delete the software.
7. U.S. Government Restricted Rights
The software is a commercial item as defined in 48 C.F.R. 2.101. U.S. Government users acquire the software with only those rights set forth in this agreement.
8. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Canon regarding the Canon MF632C scan tool software and supersedes all prior agreements and communications. No amendment to this agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Canon.
By downloading and using the Canon MF632C scan tool software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
