Support and Updates
Canon, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, and dealers are not responsible for providing maintenance, support, updates, or bug fixes for the MF4890dw scan tool software.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The MF4890dw scan tool software is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You assume all risks related to the software’s quality and performance. Canon and its associated entities are not liable for any defects, errors, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or consequential damages.
Canon does not guarantee that the software will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or errors.
Term and Termination
This agreement is effective upon your acceptance of these terms. You may terminate the agreement by deleting the software. The agreement also terminates if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must promptly delete the software.
U.S. Government Restricted Rights
The MF4890dw scan tool software is a commercial item as defined by U.S. government regulations (48 C.F.R. 2.101). U.S. Government End Users acquire the software with only the rights set forth in this agreement. The manufacturer is Canon Inc., located in Tokyo, Japan.
Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed void, but the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Canon regarding the MF4890dw scan tool software and supersedes all prior communications and agreements. No amendment is effective unless signed by an authorized Canon representative. By downloading and using the software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
