Each engine is packed in a specially designed crate, custom-made for that specific engine, providing maximum protection during transit.
To comply with freight carrier regulations, all oil and lubricating fluids are drained from engines before shipment. Our dedicated shipping department meticulously packs all engines and parts. Before being loaded onto a freight carrier, every engine undergoes a thorough inspection by our shipping manager to guarantee quality and secure transport.

Returns Policy
At vcdstool.com, we are committed to your satisfaction. For items returned in their original condition, a refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee) will be issued. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items are adequately packed and insured for return, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that refunds will not be issued for damaged merchandise.
All returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. No refunds will be issued for opened electronic parts boxes. To process a return, you must obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and include your invoice #. A 15% restocking fee applies to the return of any complete engine. In the unlikely event that parts arrive damaged during shipment, it is crucial to notify the carrier immediately and reject the damaged package. Please also contact Michigan Motorz to report the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and promptly send out an identical replacement part.
